Historic Chinese Town

About 70 miles from the San Francisco Bay Area, in the Sacramento River, on highway CA 160, Locke is the only authentic Chinese village remain in California or may be the only one in the United States of America. Locke is the a separate Chinese community that was built by the Chinese immigrants more than a hundred years ago.

There are three major streets in Locke, that includes River Road which is a main road runs north and south past the town. The other two streets are Main Street, with commercial buildings, and Key Street  is mostly for residents.
